Job Description	A multinational security company based in Qatar is looking for a candidate to work as a Commercial Manager for their firm. The ideal candidate should be graduate in business administration and minimum 10 years experience is required the same field. He will be responsible for the commercial team and be a key person in not only creating competitive bids for new security projects but manage a current large portfolio of work. Develop the commercial team, managing all commercial requirements, from procurement to final account, having excellent business acumen and management skills, with experience managing commercial team, along with solid work history reflecting natural career progression. A high achiever with market awareness and track record of success in liaison between company and clients. A team focused hands on manager who is able to provide support and motivate the team to ensure that the best is achieved from them. Carry out staff appraisals for managers who are direct reports setting out training and development programs as required.
