Job Description	Our client, a leading provider of alternative investments to private and institutional investors is urgently in need of Sales Floor Manager. Duties and responsibilities would include overseeing and managing the sales floor team or around 8-14 people; Telephone based selling and management of call times, number of calls made, brochure requests; Training in selling over the phone; Motivating sales floor team and closing any leads generated from the sales floor.
