Job Description	Our client, a multinational power company in UAE is looking for a Procurement Officer. Candidates with 3-5 years experience in procurement activities preferably in manufacturing environment can apply. Responsibilities & Duties Include: * Procurement of Spares Materials and services in coordination with the relevant departments adhering the Company's procurement policy & procedures. * Initiation of material re-ordering, raising RFQ's,Price & Terms negotiation. * Liaise with the concern departments/end users to evaluate the quotes technically & Prepare PO's. * Liaise with the vendors for the delivery of materials/spares in time & with the freight forwarders for clearance & custom exemptions * Liasioning with various deparments for Delvery receipt and Supplier/Vendor Payments. * Maintain the procurement records & Update Maximo systems
