Job Description	A Leading Group of Company in Bangladesh is looking to recruit a Manager - Accounts. The role are: Prepare budget as per the management guideline and carry out periodic review of budget / forecast Plan and implement appropriate accounting procedure to record all transactions accurately in a timely manner avoiding duplicate or redundant activities Ensure proper scrutiny of all transactions ensuring the transactions are within the budgetary limit Supervise the maintenance of fixed asset register / inventory Arrange periodic internal audit and stock taking Supervise the preparation of monthly management accounts along with variance analysis Prepare various financial reports and analysis Arrange statutory audit and credit rating Help the team members attain high professional skill by providing appropriate training and leadership Take charge of the finance/taxation/internal audit activities on a temporary basis in the occasional absence of the finance/taxation/audit managers
