||Our client based in UAE is looking for a Project Manager( Fit out work) for its firm.
The details job description is as under,
•Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
•Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
•Project Costing should be completed with proper procedures.
•Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and meet the deadlines.
•Direct the development and implementation of multiple projects management strategies / plans provide technical and contractual support to Management team for on-time successful completion of projects.
•Establish a fully operational factory for Fit-out work and establish a strong team, needs to develop the plan of manpower required for the Factory.
•Direct and supervise subordinates involved in the preparation of project costing, drawings, design development from concept to execution for the Shops projects.
•Responsible for supervision of overall architectural design activities of front office,
•Guiding and assisting the team to insure excellence in service and a quality of work harmonized under team work system.
•Assist in Identifying and selection of Design & Build Contractors
•Involved in the design and execution of fit out Projects.
•Vendors/Suppliers and other external Agencies to protect company’s interest and for the execution of assigned projects within the approved time, cost and quality.
•Perform site visits, review site projects of work and ensure timely completion, workout alternative plans in delays.
•Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
•Understands our pricing model and billing procedures.
•Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.
•Assures project legal documents are completed and signed.
•Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
