Job Description	Financial Controller( Dubai): Our client a multinational Security services Company based in the UAE is looking for qualified person to work as Financial Controller , the main job responsibilities include to support both the Regional Finance Director in the Middle East ,be responsible for assisting the RFD with financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the Middle East indirectly via dotted lines with country finance directors and with helping to maintain strong control environment in the region. Review monthly financial reports and variances against budgets/forecast for all Countries and assist with reporting to the AME Region. Provide relevant, timely and accurate financial information. Ensure efficient and effective financial transaction processing is in place. Optimize working capital utilisation and maximize cash flow generation. Provide commercial support through KPI analysis and financial analysis. Harness new technology to support business improvements in finance processes and/or gain competitive advantage. Assist with the ongoing development/improvement of internal control, finance policies and procedures in accordance with the Group Finance Policy and Procedures manual. Conducting Internal Financial Reviews. Liaison with county managers regarding the monthly revenues and costs. Ensure compliance to accounting and group policies and procedures, and statutory financial audit requirements Work with other managers to promote best practice throughout the business. Educate non-financial managers to understand and interpret their financial results, providing training modules where necessary. Successful candidate must have CA or CPA degree and should have minimum 7 years of working experience at senior level Managerial position .IT literate to include Excel / Word and standard accounting packages to at least intermediate level. Experience of managing teams, should be A strong team player and ability to work with others effectively , highly numerate and comfortable with quantitative analysis, with a strong attention to detail , able to cultivate strong relationships with management and challenge colleagues in a supportive manner, good command of both spoken & written English, Arabic language skills are advantageous. Strong organizational skills ,ability to plan ahead ,Strong creative problem solving skills, A person of integrity who is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards .
