Duties and responsibilities include developing, maintaining and implementation of the HR strategy and activities regarding recruitment, appraisal, training and other HR activities. The job also includes effective management and supervision of the HR team. Ideal candidate must have a degree in Business Administration, public administration or any related field and must have at least 7 years experience in HR position. H/she must have a sound and up to date knowledge on employment legislation, HR software and other MIS system.
