Job Description Global Account Manager ( Abu Dhabi) : Our Client a multinational Company Based in the UAE is looking for candidate to work as Global Account Manager, Job responsibilities include ,to promote Company Safety Services, capabilities, products and services to our current and future clients who have a global profile in the international oil and gas industry; to generate value propositions for our clients that add significant and sustainable bottom-line benefits for Company Safety Services; Identify international business opportunities, markets and customers where Company Safety services can be developed from a sustainable, long-term growth perspective. Develop business cases, business plans and proposals that maximize Company Safety Services global business opportunities to markets and customers operating internationally .Take the lead in developing sound business cases by analyzing and evaluating clear and defined prospects and ensuring any proposal’s win strategy is consistent with the company’s medium and long terms goals. Contribute to the overall strategy of the company’s global push by offering input on competitor activity, geographic trends, legislative and regulatory considerations, market dynamics and commercial positioning. Facilitate all proposal follow up, including ! coordinating oral presentations, involving technical and subject area experts where needed, hosting executive visits, conducting commercial and contract negotiations. Provide full account management to assigned customers by Making direct contact with customers and identifying key decision makers. Building relationships with key decision makers and ensuring Company capabilities are well known and valued. Identifying prospects where Company Safety Services has competitive advantage. Delivering solutions to customers in the form of winning proposals for Company Safety Services that balance risk and reward. Maintaining an on-going relationship with customers (after the s! ale) to ensure Company Safety Services reputation for providing value is preserved. Lead the internal capture strategy sessions and actively participate in solution and new product and business development and innovation opportunities. Instigate and promote cross selling opportunities between Company Safety Services Business Units, Company Group’s Global network of training centers and other Company Group business units worldwide. Maintain continuous communications within Company Safety Services and Group companies regarding customer intelligence through informal discussions, prospecting reports, country visit reports, and recommendation papers. Provide ‘lessons learned’ assessments when Company Safety Services is not successful in a pursuit, for the purposes of continual improvement.
