Job Description Ideal candidate should be responsible for to arrange for the provision of stamp, printing, Business cards, fax consumable and stationery supplies to meet the Division's / customer’s requirements.To coordinate the acquisition of Office Furniture and Office Equipment.To coordinate & supervise the contractor's services and ensure its execution as per contract terms and Conditions.Prepares the purchase requisition under WBS/Network (for budget) with the specifications for the required furniture. Allocates budget for furniture Follows-up with Commercial Division for the tendering process.Conducts technical evaluation for the offers received (in coordination with end user).Follows-up the delivery, distribution and installation of furniture.Allocates identification tags for the furniture and informs FCD.Maintains updated records of the Company's furniture & equipment asset.Prepares the purchase requisition under WBS/Network (for budget) with the specifications for the required furniture.Responsible for arranging necessary repairs and maintenance of office equipment such as fax machines, photocopy machines, projectors and shredding machines etc.Arranges for external-catering services for Training Unit mainly for courses, programs on call out basis and following the tendering process.Responsible for facilitating non-contract stationery & printing items, consumables and other services as requested by Divisions after obtaining necessary approvals. Follows required procedure.Prepares the necessary Bidders List Approval Submission (whenever required) to be discussed in the Internal Tendering Committee meeting.Prepares Invitation to Bid and floats enquiry to different suppliers with the required specifications.Reviews quotations received against such specifications and obtains clarifications of unclear aspects of bid submitted from the supplier.
