Specific Skills	To lead a group of Engineers and designers to produce project specific deliverables with quality and in time bound manner, following ISO quality system. He shall be familiar with the objective, contents and work process of the following deliverables, acquired by working through Basic/ FEED/Detailed Engineering packages of Oil & Gas sector projects and deliver them in budget through his team: Process Flow Diagram, Utility Flow Diagram, Data Sheets, Specifications, P&ID’s Process, P&IDs Utilities, Line Designation Tables, Equipment Summary, Bid Summaries, Design Basis, Pressure Profiles, Pressure Profile (Level 3), Cause and effect charts, ESD System Should have proven abilities to lead the team of engineers. Should have sound knowledge of EPC practices codes and standards. Should have gone through hands on experience of the software used by his discipline. Should have knowledge of interfaces with other engineering disciplines in carrying out project work for providing /receiving/ reviewing the deliverables at various stages of project. Should be a team player.
