||We are having an urgent opening with one of reputed company into Automobile Manufacturing Industry based at Bangalore.
1) Liaise with Statutory agencies (PF, ESI, and Gratuity) in connection with business operations and legal professionals for contract employment, adherence to statutory requirements, vendors for recruitment, Medical/ health care insurance etc.
2) Dealing with Inspector of Factories for Factory Licence , Labour Office for Licence, ESI Office, Pollution Control Board for getting Consents, PF Regional Office etc. Overall in charge for all Statutory compliances.
3) Preparing and issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Review/Promotion letters, Maintaining attendance, leave and reimbursement details, assist finance department in Payroll Administration.
4) Ensure continual improvement in various HR processes based on the feedback received from employees
5) Preparing HR Policies for Leave, LTA, Out Station Travel of Employees, Medical Reimbursement, Sexual Harassment etc.
6) Handling matters like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Employee leave details, License renewals, Maintaining confidential Reports / Files of the Division & employees.
