Job Description	Our client, one of the Leading Company in Bangladesh is looking to recruit Head of Marketing and Branding . The main role are: Leads marketing operations, sales operations, product management, partnership marketing, customer service and customer retention. As part of the marketing operations, he takes care of the company`s media and industry relations, advertising, interactive programs, communications as well as market and customer research. Has to create Brand vision, brand position and strategy for the company. Has to analyze consumer trend, to collect information on the growing needs, to identify consumer and product category, as the future source of growth. Has to drives day-to-day execution and improvement of the company`s marketing plan and develops new and enhances existing business relationships and heightens awareness of the company; and provides leadership in the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs.
