Job Description	A leading Telecom Company is urgently seeking to hire dynamic individuals to work as Technical Support Representatives (Arab Nationals) for its Call Center. Requirements: Candidate should have a minimum qualification of Diploma in Computers with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Should have worked in IT/Computer/Network Support Environment. Candidates with 1 year Call center experience with Computer Knowledge can also apply. Certifications like CCNA/CCNP/MCSE will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: * Handling Customer request and resolves network technical issues over the phone. * Assisting the customers in configuration of internet browsers, modems & routers. * Supporting and educating the customers on Technical/PC related issues on Internet services.
