Job Description	One of the leading furniture company wants to recruit Assistant Manager/ Manager (Furniture). the main role are: The candidate will be responsible of achieving monthly and annual sales targets through his team as planned by the company’s management. Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and plan actions. Supervise and guide the sales and marketing team on a day to day basis. Develops and implements strategies to grow the organization’s business and market share. Identify target accounts and working with management, achieve specific goals for closing new business. Supervise and guide customer service and sales and marketing staff and keep them appraised of customer needs and any deviations. Prepare necessary reports, metrics and periodic business reviews and maintain in company database
