Job Description	Security Manager Risk Management ( Yemen): Our client a multinational Security Services Company based in Yemen is looking for Security Manager for their prestigious contract , the successful candidate will be responsible for organizational efforts in development, planning, implementation and management of the comprehensive risk management program which is designed to enhance the quality of the Group’s physical security, personnel security, incident emergency response and overall emergency preparedness efforts , candidate must have minimum 10 years proven track record in Corporate Security in management role, formal Crisis Management and Emergency Response experience , Capable of working in a fast paced environment. Ability to develop disaster preparedness plans and test implemented plans. Ability to conduct risk/threat assessments and develop measures to mitigate identified risks, Manage physical security services, personnel protection services and crisis management service team ,Develop and implement corporate security strategy, crisis management strategy and personnel protection strategy, Security Investigation Management ,Responsible for Security Audits and Risk Assessments ,Develop and implement Technical counter measures strategy, Candidate must have worked experience in the field of Security & Safety in Oil & gas Sector.
