Job Description	The Candidate would require performing the following job responsibility: 1- To draft and implement a comprehensive marketing and financial plan with clear objectives and strategies. 2- To meet with prospective clients and guide them through the stages of client service induction process. 3- To maintain and improve the Customer Relationship Management program and producing progress reports to higher management. 4- Developing and maintaining good rapport with all clients and partners of the firm in order to stimulate client feedback. 5- To be able to effectively represent the firm in an international environment where international clients are interested in taking up our services. 6- To apply international guidelines of quality and excellence to the law firm. 7- To research and adopt best legal practices.
